Alien - Film Review
OUTSTANDING FILM ★★★★★- 5 Stars My first entry for my daily movie watching is none other than Ridley Scott's Alien. This film is both eerie and exciting at the same time. It is unlike any other film I have seen, a Sci-Fi Horror film. The movie is absolute perfection. The camera movement and direction of the film is something worth noting. It almost seems as if you are a human aboard the Nostromo, witnessing the events happen right in front of you. This, I have to say, is what drives the movie. Another tidbit I have about the film is the way that the alien feels like an unstoppable force. It seems as if humanity is struggling to confront this beast and ultimately ends up dead. I didn't find many of the images disturbing, this is probably because they are slightly older and less threatening than today, but I will say that I got scared for most of the film.
