Casablanca - Film Review
OUTSTANDING FILM

The struggling part about making this review is that everything has already been said about the film, similar to my Citizen Kane review. The film is perfection. It has moments you can really feel and it has moments that will live in you forever. Rick is a great film character as he portrays aspects that Michael Curtiz wants you to believe are flaws but in the end, come back to show you that they are not flaws. Casablanca is not a love story, per say. Casablanca is a story about redemption and finishing a job that hasn't been finished.
No one else could play any of the roles in the film, they were perfectly cast. I believe that the film has aged well and is still relevant to today. Not relevant in terms of Nazi threats but relevant in the story of redemption and protection. Everybody should see this film at least once in their lives and I guarantee you, it will become one of your favorites.
